Unfortunately, the Chinese Grand Prix will not be returning this year, but would return for the 2021 season.

Formula One Management have confirmed that a number of races will be open to a limited number of fans, including hospitality, and are working with each promoter to finalize the details. Please check your local listings with regards to this and follow local safety guidelines with regards to COVID-19.

This is definitely exciting news and the addition of these four races to end out the season is just proof that Formula One Management is closely working with local authorities to keep Formula One alive.
