F1 Supporters Club Returns for 2015!

Dear Readers,

It's been a MAD 2014 and Congratulations to Lewis Hamilton for Winning the 2014 F1 World Driver's Championship. It was an epic season, which I was able to follow on and off.

Between a very hectic work schedule, undergoing surgery and welcoming our second child, there was, for a lack of better words, just no time to update the blog. And, to be honest, the time just flew by and my attention to the blog dwindled a bit, yeah, okay a lot...

2015 McLaren Honda Fantasy Design..... If only?

But, with the return of Honda this year in partnership with McLaren, and Fernando Alonso and Jenson Button as their confirmed driver's for this year, the 2015 season in my mind will be just as epic as 2014.

Also, let's all remember that it's Seven times world champion, Michael Schumacher's, 46th birthday today. He is still recovering at his home in Switzerland, with his wife Corrina by his side. Let's spare a thought in wishing him a full recovery.

Whilst we're remembering the Schumacher accident, let's not forget that 25 year old Marrusia F1 driver, Jules Bianci, is still in a coma after the massive shunt he had in Suzuka, and all the best to Jules and his family whilst he recovers back in his home country France.

So, yes, 2014 was definitely a year to reflect on Safety, as well as out of control costs within F1, seeing as Caterham and Marrusia was placed under administration due to financial difficulties before the season even ended. Then, the suggestion of three team cars, to me is just friggen ridiculous. Why not open up F1 to a few GP2/GP3 teams that could build a car and team for F1? OR American teams with interest in the sport? Why not?

So, if there are any suggestions from you, the readers, please feel free to inbox me at vanvuuren.marius7@gmail.com

Let's see how 2015 will play out!

Best Regards
